John Cipollone, Inc. Heating, Air Conditioning and Fuel Oil located in Havertown, PA is looking to hire full-time HVAC Service and Maintenance Technicians to help our growing company with residential and some light commercial HVAC service and safety issues. Our HVAC Service Technicians earn $25.00-$40.00/hr, depending on experience. A TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JOHN CIPOLLONE, INC. HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Our service technicians get their calls the night before and are dispatched from their homes using our customer management software technology. Your first scheduled appointment is at 8 AM. Upon arrival time, you will be ‘clocked in’ and you receive an additional 30 minutes of paid travel time daily. You will be provided between 2-4 scheduled maintenance calls plus additional service calls. Our dispatching system allows you enough time to do your job well with little travel time between calls. At the end of the day, all material you’ll need for the following day will be ready for pick up and you’ll be heading home around 4.30 PM to enjoy your well-deserved personal time.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Minimum 3 Years of Residential HVAC service experience
• Clean background check
• Own service tools
• Be able to pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Great communication skills that help you interact with customers
